I found this on a Steampunk website ,called Steampunk Workshop, earlier today and I just had to share it.

Potterybarn Perfect

I swear the people at the Pottery Barn have crawled up into my brain and extracted my dream home. The problem is that they charge so much that it is more like being taunted all the time because their stuff is far to expensive for my beer budget. But, I guess there is always the challenge of "lets see if i can do the same thing...only cheaper."

Art investments....

Finally some color pop in this house. I have owned this house for 5 years now and I finally made the investment in some art. I saw a set of colorful frameless paintings and just couldn't get them out of my mind. So finally after 3 weeks of thinking about them I went back to the store and they were still there and they were on clearance! So, I figured it was meant to be. They go perfectly with my living room furniture and they bring the perfect color pop to the room.

My dream car...

Neiman Marcus has done it again! They have taken something out of a delicious dream and made it into a ridiculous reality, it is so ridiculous in fact that I would buy one! I can just imagine pulling up next to my neighbors new BMW in this baby.

Who doesn't love the word Quiche?

Quiche [keesh] -noun

a pielike dish consisting of an unsweetened pastry shell filled with a custard and usually containing cheese and other ingredients, such as vegetables, seafood, or ham.

Lunch Today: Spinach, Mushroom, Ham and Cheese Quiche. Not bad for a pie crust full of random things from my fridge. It was so pretty when it came out of the oven I just had to take a picture.

To Breathe or not to Breathe

So today I went to the pulmonologist (lung Doctor) to find out the status of my pneumonia. The good news is that my pneumonia is starting to break up in my lungs, the bad new is that I have done a pretty good amount of damage to my lungs by smoking as much as I have over the past 10 years. Well, after 3 weeks of being unable to breathe I have made the quick and now seemingly easy decision not to smoke. So far I have been 3 weeks without smoking because of being sick so I am hitting the ground with a one up. So right now the game is on and I am up 3 zip.

I saw this apron on desperate housewives and have been looking for it for quite some time.

Well, I can't believe I finally found it on Dlux57.com. They have the cutest aprons and designer dish gloves. I definately recommend this site if you are a true domestic diva!

Movie madness

I can now officially say that I have found a movie that I am thoroughly enjoying! It didn't make it mainstream but it definately should have. Its all about being alternative and about roller derby, but anyway I am not going to be one of those people to give you a full layout of the movie, you can go to imdb.com for that crap. But all I have to say is it gets a "wicked awesome" on my verbal movie scale.
